Our ventilation duct cleaning method consists of the 4 key stages:
1. Checking the ducts contamination level - inspection.
2. Cleaning.

The simplest and most effective way to verify contamination of ventilation duct is to use an RC robot fitted with a digital camera. We have several types of inspection equipment.
The camera facilitates evaluation of collected contamination and determination of such problems as the presence of steam or moisture. The device can record video footage and take photographs that can be stored on digital storage media. With data recording, you can compare duct purity before and after cleaning. In addition, the client can use the footage to verify our performance. Every section of cleaned duct is recorded before and after cleaning. A series of photos taken by the inspection device allows you to carry out comparative assessment of duct contamination.

Installation cleaning

Balloon barriers

According to industry guidelines and results of experiments, air flow ensuring effective dust transport in the duct should be at least 10 m/s. Balloon barriers are used to produce high negative pressure zones inside systems and to shut off the branch being cleaned from the entire system in service.

Compressed air nozzles

- Nozzles for cleaning circular, rectangular ducts, risers, etc.
- Small sizes of nozzle openings
- Automatic propagation towards the inside of a duct, including a riser
- Non-standard duct dimensions can be processed as well


The problem with rectangular ducts is that round brushes are unable to reach duct corners. Therefore, special brush with two different hair length and hardness settings are designed, for precise cleaning of duct corners. Automatic rotation direction change in DUCT CLEANER for ducts with width being twice the height value.

Inspection doors

Adequate preparation to service performance is a very important matter.
First, you need to cut out openings for inspection doors. Layout of inspection doors should be in accordance with applicable guidance, according to the range of your cleaning equipment, with adjustments for such obstacles as gate valves, guide rings in arches, etc.
